Products may be supplied under the following conditions in accordance with the Incoterms 2020 international regulations
CIF shipping basis:
The risk of loss of and damage to the Product supplied under the Contract, including the title to the Product, shall pass to the Buyer as the Product passes through the ship's cargo manifold at the port of discharge. Until such time, the Seller shall bear all costs related to the Goods.
FOB shipping basis:
The risk of loss of and damage to the Product supplied under the Contract, including the title to the Product, shall pass to the Buyer as the Product passes through the ship's cargo manifold at the port of loading, and the Buyer shall bear all costs related to the cargo from then on. The Company's team of highly qualified specialists supervises all the stages: - signing a contract with the entity carrying out the loading of the tanker in the port - procurement of petroleum products - signing a surveyor's contract - conclusion of a charter party agreement with the vessel owner - acceptance of cargo at tanker loading port - tanker loading in the port (consignor) - tanker discharge in the port (consignee) - cargo acceptance by consignee - final reciprocal payments
